Listed below are the various ways in which you can contact me. Email is the most likely to get through, because I don't have to be online at the same time as you to receive messages, unlike the instant messenging protocols. However, if I am online at the same time as you, feel free to fire across a friendly IM.
I generally use Gaim to connect to the various networks, so it doesn't really matter which protocol you choose to use. Personally, I've found AIM to be the most reliable but that's just my experience.
If a method of contact isn't listed here then it means that I either don't have a way of using that protocol or that I'd rather not have the details in the public domain.
